Energy is the organising force behind every healing process, and this principle defines the work offered at CellularEnergyMethod.com.
The method focuses on how cells communicate, adapt, and generate energy—and how restoring these essential processes can help individuals move beyond persistent symptoms and chronic conditions.
The founder brings a uniquely integrated background: a medical degree from the University of Edinburgh (2003), a Master’s in Medical Ethics and Law with distinction (2012), certification in functional medicine, board certification in quantum biology, and training as an EFT practitioner. This blend of clinical expertise, ethical grounding, and mind–body modalities shapes an approach that is both scientifically informed and deeply personalised.
The 1:1 offering is designed to uncover the energetic and biological roots of imbalance, guiding each client toward sustainable shifts at the cellular level. Here, healing begins with energy—and expands outward into every part of life.

The gut and the brain are two of the most energy‑intensive organs in the body, and both rely heavily on efficient mitochondrial function to perform their roles. Neurons require a constant supply of ATP to maintain signalling, repair pathways, and detoxification processes, while the gut -home to an enormous immune presence and rapid cellular turnover - depends on steady energy production to maintain barrier integrity, digestion, and microbial balance.
When mitochondria struggle in either system, symptoms often appear quickly: fatigue, digestive issues, mood changes, cognitive decline, and widespread inflammation.
A mitochondrial‑focused approach supports these organs at their core. By improving how mitochondria generate and regulate energy, it becomes possible to restore resilience, reduce oxidative stress, and protect vulnerable tissues.
This perspective also highlights how interconnected the gut and brain truly are. Disturbances in gut health, such as dysbiosis, chronic inflammation, increased intestinal permeability, or impaired vagal signalling - are linked to a higher risk of neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. Research also connects gut imbalance to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other neuropsychiatric conditions.
Because the gut and brain communicate constantly through neural, immune, hormonal, and microbial pathways, supporting one invariably supports the other.
Prioritising mitochondrial health provides a unifying framework to optimise both systems - laying the groundwork for clearer thinking, more stable mood, better digestion, and a more resilient long‑term trajectory for overall health and wellness.

Rachel helps health-conscious individuals who want to understand why their health has changed - and how to restore it.
She investigates and educates clients dealing with:
Digestive and Gut Health Issues
Inflammatory bowel conditions, IBS, bloating, food sensitivities, and gut dysbiosis.
Cognitive and Energy-Related Issues
Brain fog, fatigue, burnout, poor focus, sleep disruption, and mood changes linked to the gut–brain axis.
Immune and Inflammatory Conditions
Autoimmune symptoms, MCAS, histamine intolerance, mycotoxicosis, and POTS.
These symptoms often trace back to the same root drivers - disrupted mitochondrial function, chronic inflammation, low redox balance, toxin exposure, nutrient deficiencies, circadian disruption, and nervous system dysregulation.
